Instagram Removes Kanye West's Anti-Semitic Post About Jews Controlling Diddy and Restriction of His Account

This week, Kanye West, whose legal name is "Ye," accused Jews of being greedy and controlling, two harmful stereotypes that incite hatred.

According to its parent company, Meta, Instagram deleted an anti-Semitic post on Kanye West's account and restricted his use of the app for violating its policies.

In response, West, the whose given name is "Ye," took to Twitter to blast Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg for "kicking him off" Instagram.

The American Jewish Committee condemned Ye's Instagram post in which he implied that the rapper Diddy, real name Sean Combs, was under Jewish control.

Ye's post included screenshots of his conversation with Diddy regarding the contentious "White Lives Matter" T-shirts he debuted at his Yeezy show during Paris Fashion Week.

Diddy said in an Instagram video that while he would always be there for Ye as a free thinker, he didn't like his friend's White Lives Matter T-shirts.

"All America has planned for us right now is poverty, incarceration, and death," Diddy explained.
