Megan Thee Stallion spoke out about a burglary at her Los Angeles home on Friday, just days before hosting Saturday Night Live.

The burglary occurred Thursday night when two men broke a glass door in the back of the 27-year-old rapper’s L.A. home and went into her primary bedroom, stealing approximately cash, jewellery, and electronics.
According to TMZ, the rapper was not at home when this occurred.
The “Savage” rapper is currently in New York City, where she will host Saturday Night Live and perform as a musical guest on October 15.
Megan Thee Stallion’s team did not immediately respond to requests for comment, but the star appeared to tweet about the incident on Friday.
“Material things can be replaced, but I’m glad everyone is safe,” the actress tweeted, along with a heart and prayer hands emoji.

The Los Angeles Police Department could not confirm the burglary or provide any information, including whether any suspects were apprehended.
Megan Thee Stallion told fans she needed a break five minutes after tweeting about the incident.
“Hotties, I’m so sorry, but after SNL, I really need a break because I’m so tired, physically and emotionally,” she wrote.
